The woman from Berrigan in the state’s Riverina region said she forgot to buy a lotto ticket in Monday and Wednesday’s draw.
In a last ditch effort, she jumped on the app and bought a QuickPick just moments before the draw ended.
She told The Lott that she was stunned to find out late last night that she had pocketed the only Division One award she had won.
“I’m a little overwhelmed by it all,” she said.
“It was late last night and my husband was already in bed. I was watching TV and decided to check my ticket.

“Then I saw it and thought, ‘This can’t be right.’
Waking up in disbelief this morning, she said she double-checked the ticket to make sure it was real.
“It’s funny because last night I was like, ‘damn, I forgot to buy a Lotto ticket,'” she said.
“I thought it was too late and I had missed the draw. But then someone said, “No, you still have time.”
“So, minutes before the draw ended, I quickly went in and thought, ‘Oh, 18 games will do.’
The winning numbers for the Monday and Wednesday Lotto 4387 draw were 7, 10, 34, 42, 36 and 16.
The additional numbers were 17 and 11.
